Ghana to host 3rd Annual African HR Leaders Conference in Accra

Ghana will be hosting the 3rd annual African Human Resource Leaders conference scheduled from 28th February to 1st March 2013 at the Accra International Conference Centre. The conference this year will focus on issues relating to employee engagement, leadership, organizational development and effectiveness as well as other key areas of human resource management like performance, reward, talent and management among others.

US based exercise physiologist asks Africans to exercise more

Lauretta Ashu has called on Africans to take exercising more seriously owing to the obvious health benefits it has, but more importantly due to the fact that the art of keeping fit through exercising is becoming lost to some Africans. Miss Ashu is a professional with academic and work experiences in physical rehabilitation programs and research involving the use of exercise in young adults with mental disabilities. She is also a fitness coach who holds a Master Degree in Exercise Science.
